I became acquainted with Ms Melissa Barclay via an email search. She took great effort to understand my real estate goals and accepted me as a potential client for over a two year period (Pandemic included). She was especially patient as it took us quite a long time to find the right home, at the right price, in the right location. She must have shown us a dozen homes over the course of many, many months. At no time did she get impatient or make us feel as though we were using up her time - regardless of how far away her office was from a particular listing.
Also, when we would write an offer, she did a great job giving us advice, getting the forms together for our signatures, and getting them submitted to the sellers in a timely fashion.
I would call on Melissa again to help with the purchase or sale of a home without any hesitation.

Top shelf! Melissa is extremely attentive, thorough and knows how to navigate a deal. When we were ready to make an offer on a ptoperty, she knew exactly how to handle the deal on the particular property (given it was going to be a very popular property). We won out against other full price offers due to her knowledge of the deal and the property. We will only use Melissa going forward! Cannot highly recommend enough!

Melissa was great through the entire process. Very knowledgeable of the area and recommended a great starting price for our home. She was always available for any questions and/or concerns we had. She was also very honest. If she didn't have the answer, she always found someone who did and responded back to us in a very timely manner.
